Delivery timing for floor plans and virtual tours depends on processing, property size and the services ordered.


Can your photographer access a vacant property without someone meeting them?

Yes. We regularly work with approved lockboxes, smart locks, leasing-office keys and other authorized access arrangements.

The property manager is responsible for providing accurate access instructions and confirming that we have permission to enter.


How many rental-property appointments can your team handle?

We currently have a multi-photographer team serving the Denver area and are continuing to expand our capacity.

Our existing property-management businesses each send approximately two to ten rental shoots per week, depending on seasonal demand so we know how to cover listings efficiently with consistent results. Larger accounts can be planned around expected weekly or monthly volume.


Will we always receive the same photographer?

A primary photographer may be assigned when geography and scheduling allow, but another trained team member may cover an appointment when needed to maintain turnaround and availability.


The standard property-management add-on is $95 for a property up to 2,200 square feet.

A rate of $85 is available when the service is automatically included on qualifying listings or an agreed recurring volume is maintained.
