From a Matterport Tour you can add-on a rendered Floor plan in which provided measurements are generally accurate to 2% of reality.

What do I need to do before the appointment?
Tidy up property and disclose all highlighted features to cover. If you are providing a lockbox please send the lockbox code or contact of person to meet on-site prior to the scheduled shoot/scan. This information can be sent by text at 720-443-1724 or emailed to info@denverrealestatephotography.com. Please reference the address of the property within the message.
What do I need to do during the appointment?
Please close all toilet lids in bathrooms, open all window blinds, turn off all ceiling fans, and turn on all lighting fixtures. You are not required to be on-site while we scan or photograph the property.
What if the weather is bad the day of my shoot?
We use the newest Matteport Pro2 camera for all of our tours that scans in High Dynamic. This means we are creating a quality tour despite lighting conditions.
How long is a session/shoot?
Each 3D Matterport Tour session will differ depending on the size of the property and how “Picture ready” the property is at the scheduled time of the shoot. Typically properties around 1750 sqft to 2200 sqft take around an hour to scan.
