What do I need to do before the appointment?
Tidy up property exterior and disclose all highlighted features to cover. If you are providing a lockbox please send the lockbox code or contact of person to meet on-site prior to the scheduled shoot/scan. This information can be sent by text at 720-443-1724 or emailed to info@denverrealestatephotography.com. Please reference the address of the property within the message.
What do I need to do during the appointment?
Relax. All our Aerial Drone Pilots are Certified with the FAA and Insured. You are not required to be on-site while we scan or photograph the property. If present be prepared to discuss highlighted features to cover and property lines.
What if the weather is bad the day of my shoot?
We check the weather often before any Booked Drone shoot. If we can not fly during the desired time due to weather, we will let you know and happily reschedule the shoot around your schedule.
How long is a session/shoot?
Each photography session will differ depending on the number of pictures taken, the size of the property, and how “Picture ready” the property is at the scheduled time of the shoot. Typically our Aerial Drone Photography & Video Packages capture time last half an hour.
